If you do not have a PayPal account, please use Guest Checkout by selecting "check out with Paypal," scroll past the sign-in section, and click on "pay with Debit or Credit Card."
All sales are final.

Shipping Info
(NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available through a separate link. Please contact us through IG or berrystitchy@gmail.com for the link. Be aware there may be possible extra delays in transit due to Covid and/or customs procedures, as well as possible extra charges you will be responsible for (such as VAT, taxes, etc) depending on the destination country..

Please have your shipping address on file with PayPal to reduce delays.

US shipping: There may be delays in shipping due to COVID-19 staff shortages. Please be aware of the following:
- Despite delays, the postal service has been very good in getting packages to their destinations, and we trust they will do their job. Once the packages are in the hands of the postal service, BerryStitchyPins has no control over them.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we will do what what we can to help. (Please see note below about international shipping)

Tracking will be provided for pins and other thick items such as buttons.
- You will receive two emails with the same tracking number:
(1) Email from PayPal when your shipping label is printed,
(2) Email from the shop when your item is dropped off at the post office.

Flat items (stickers and magnets) will be shipped free by standard mail, but will not have tracking available.
- When buying flat items, you will get one email from the shop when your envelope is shipped.

Item(s) are typically ready to ship in 3-5 business days after payment is cleared, but please understand there may be additional delays related to larger volume of purchases.
- Shipments with tracking numbers: The post office has been taking anywhere from 24 hours to 7+ to be scanned. Please be patient if your tracking number has not been scanned and updated by USPS after 24 hours. There have been instances where the post office did not scan packages until reaching their final destination.
- Most international packages are delivered on time within a week. Be aware that transit time for international shipping can take up to a month, or several months when going through customs.

If you prefer, Priority Mail is available at checkout for shipping within the US.
If you would like to add package insurance, contact us by leaving a note at checkout, or message us through Instagram, or contact us through email berrystitchy@gmail.com.

NOTE:
Missing/lost international shipments do not get assistance from the post office without insurance. If you would like items shipped outside of the USA including insurance, please purchase the priority mail shipping option. The post office is unable to help with international shipments if over 60 days has passed from shipment date.

Pin Grading
Pins are all individually hand colored and polished so may not be perfect. Some batches arrive with little to no flaws. Others arrive with a relatively wide range of flaws. For example, a B-grade pin of one design may look like a standard grade, while a B-grade pin of another design may have visible flaws. Below are descriptions of the typical grading of the pins sold in this shop.

Standard Grade (AKA A-Grade)
Best quality pins on hand. May or may not have the following: Hard-to-see irregularities such as minor scuffs and/or tiny scratches on metal and enamel, tiny specks in enamel, minor blemishes on metal, and/or small dips in enamel.

B-Grade
Looks almost like standard-grade quality, but may have a larger speck or stray dot in enamel, speck of dust in enamel, little scratch on enamel, uneven dips in enamel, small area of color error in enamel, missing a teeny tiny section of enamel, and/or visible scuffs/scratch on metal.

C-Grade
Looks overall great, but may have a noticeable section of color error in enamel, be missing a piece of enamel, have excess tarnish on metal, noticeable scratch in enamel, and/or other noticeable flaws

Pins with loose wobbly posts on the back will be identified and listed at a lowered price.
Pins with excess flaws on the front will be listed as “free.”
